The Arc of Jefferson and Clearfield Counties will be hosting a morning gathering for parents raising children with special needs. This is a time for parents and/or caregivers to get together and talk about some of our challenges or issues with raising our children. A time to ask our questions to other parents on the same journey. If you just in need of a cup of coffee with other adults and don''t want to talk about kids that''s ok too.. Hope to see some new faces there. We will meet the forth Thursday of each month from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Come when you can, leave when you must. What caregiver of a child with special needs does not need some comfort? some coffee? or some adult conversation? Join us the forth Thursday of each month from 9:30am to 11:30 am. Come when you can, leave when you must. September thru May we meet at our Recreation and Respite Club in DuBois, 36 Hoover Avenue, right next to The Meadows Frozen Custard. June thru August we will meet at our Camp Friendship location in Reynoldsville, since school is out during these months feel free to bring your children.
