|Woman Suffers Broken Neck on Single Vehicle Accident|

PERRY TOWNSHIP - Water on the roadway led to major injuries for a woman from Callensburg, PA. Thirty-one-year-old Shanna Best was traveling on State Route 368 in Perry Township, Clarion County when she drove through large amount of water flowing over the road, causing her to lose control. Her vehicle then struck an embankment and rolled on to its roof. Best was trapped inside and was extricated by passing motorists. She was taken to the Clarion hospital for treatment, where it was discovered she suffered a broken neck.
