Citation for Local Man

ELK COUNTY - A Ridgway man was cited for
harassment by Ridgway-based state police.
Twenty-four year old Joshua Hays is alleged to have subjected
twenty-three year old Vanessa Catchot of Weedville to unwanted physical contact
Wednesday at a home in Jay Township, Elk County.
