PITTSBURGH - a Pittsburgh
jury is set to hear opening statements in the trial of suspended state Supreme
Court justice Janine Orie Melvin and her sister, Janine Orie. The women are charged
with conspiring to use Melvin's former superior court staff to help her
campaign for a Supreme Court seat.
