Pennsylvania officials are closing what they call a gun-law
"loophole" that lets residents get concealed-carry permits online
from Florida. Both states deny permits to felons. Attorney general Kathleen Kane
says about 4,000 Pennsylvanians have gotten the Florida permits since 2001. She
says some of them had first been denied permits at home.
