| An ATV Driver is Cited in DuBois

DUBOIS - Eric Burtop, 20 years old from Reynoldsville was cited for operating an ATV on the roadway last Thursday by the DuBois State Police. Burtop was on Wayne Road attempting to start the ATV as he was coasting eastbound. A vehicle approached him from behind but due to poor lighting the driver did not see him and Burtop jumped off of the ATV just before it was struck. No one was injured and the Falls Creek Fire Department assisted at the scene
