Local Man Caught With Boots

PUNXSUTAWNEY - A Punxsutawney man was charged Friday with retail theft. State police say 48-year-old Harold Huff allegedly stole a pair of boots from Jacks Boot Shop without paying for them. Police found and returned the boots.
