Another Man Put Behind Bars for Local Death

CLARION - A second man has been charged in an area teenager's death. Clarion County officials say 32-year-old Joel Stark of Rimersburg was an eye witness in the killing of Devan Knapp of Brookville. Officials say Stark was charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Stark says he watched 29-year-old Shawn Carr of Kittanning inject Knapp with heroin and told him to take Knapp to the hospital, but Carr would not due a warrant out for his arrest. stark and Carr drove Knapp’s body to Summerville Drive and set the scene to seem like Knapp overdosed on her own.
