| Ohio Man Behind Local Bars for Theft
ST. MARY’S - A 20-year-old man is in the Elk County prison for vehicle theft. St. Mary's city police say Isaiah Taylor of Cleveland, Ohio stole a 1999 Ford Windstar van from Nicole Farmer of Washington Street on Friday. He was charged with unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
