Local Man Dies in Car Crash
CLARION- A Clarion man died in a two vehicle accident Thursday. State police say 27-year-old Daniel Scheestel was driving on Route 66 when he hit head on with 73-year-old Andrew Maitland and his passenger 70-year-old Joyce Maitland, both of Cranberry. Police say Scheestel was pronounced dead at UMPC Presbyterian Hospital.
