| Two Men Waive Hearings in Drug Case
DUBOIS - Two men waived their rights to preliminary hearings Friday after selling drugs out of a DuBois home. As we reported, DuBois City Police arrested 26-year-old Vernon Duncan of Philadelphia and 30-year-old Damon Seldon of DuBois early this month for selling more than $650 of marijuana and cocaine to an undercover agent at Seldon's Quarry Avenue home. Police say both men were charged with several counts of criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
