| Area Man Waives Hearing for Theft Charges
CLEARFIELD - A Blair County man waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday after being accused of numerous retail thefts. Thirty two year old Herman Hollabaugh stole more than $22,000 in video games from GameStop and computers from Walmart, both in Lawrence Township, late last year. Authorities say Hollabaugh sold the items to a pawn shop. Hollabaugh was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit retail theft.
