DuBois Area School District Loses $2.7 Million

DUBOIS - The DuBois Area School District has lost more than $2 million in basic education money within the last five years. Superintendent Tim DeLuccia says the loss comes from cyber charter school expenditures. The board plans to consider a resolution tomorrow during their regular meeting which will urge state legislators to fix the funding formula for charter schools.
