State Police Accepting Unused, Expired Prescription Drugs

HARRISBURG The Pennsylvania State Police will be accepting unwanted, expired and unused prescription drugs tomorrow as part of National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. The Drug-Take-Back Program aims to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposal, while educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications. From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., unwanted prescription drugs can be dropped off at selected state police barracks. No personal information is required and no questions will be asked.
