Pennsylvania’s Environment Secretary Resigns
Wednesday, May 01, 2013
HARRISBURG - Pennsylvania’s environmental secretary will be stepping down next month to return to private law practice. Since taking office in 2011, 55-year-old Michael Krancer has been accused by environmentalists of tax regulation of Pennsylvania’s booming oil and gas industry, and of reporting incomplete results of water tests from private wells near gas sites.
