State Treasurer Criticizes Governorís Statements

HARRISBURGH - GOVERNOR TOM CORBETT IS FACING CRITICISM AFTER A COMMENT HE MADE ABOUT DRUG USE AMOUNG THE UNEMPLOYED. DURING AN INTERVIEW ABOUT PENNSYLVANIA'S UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, CORBETT SAID THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THE UNEMPLOYED IS BEING UNABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST. ACCORDING TO STATE TREASURER ROB MCCORD, CORBETT LACKS UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE NATURE OF JOBLESSNESS AND THE PLIGHT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO FIND WORK.
