Penn DOT Improving Rout 830
Wednesday, June 19, 2013
JEFFERSON/CLEARFIELD COUNTIES - Beginning tomorrow, Penn DOT crews will be making improvements on route 830 (falls creek road) in the falls creek borough.  One-lane flagger-controlled restrictions will be in place during daytime hours between the intersections of route 1830 (Allens mills road) and the Jefferson/Clearfield county line near route 219.  Work will include drainage improvements, patching prior to paving, and the addition of curb ramps at various crossing locations.   Motorists are reminded to be alert to changing conditions and to pay attention to flaggers in the work zone.  And don't forget that fines are doubled in work zone areas.
