PHILIPSBURG- A drug arrest, involving bath salts and marijuana, landed two men in jail.  State police in Philipsburg interrupted a drug sale in progress along Hanna Hill lane in port Matilda last week.  Thirty-four year old Travis Hammond of Tyrone was caught attempting to flee into a wooded area.  Twenty-nine year old Charles Ball, also of Port Matilda, was found to be possession of bath salts and a large sum of cash.  Police later searched ball's home and found marijuana, bath salts, numerous prescription medications and drug paraphernalia.  Ball was arrested a number of drug charges and taken to the centre county jail on $35,000 bail.  Hammond was jailed in Blair County on outstanding warrants.  Charges will be filed on four other suspects in the near future.
