HARRISBURG – The public is invited to register for
the first-ever online public meeting to be held this Thursday, Sept. 26, as
part of the update to the commonwealth's 12-Year Transportation Program. Those
interested in participating in the webcast, which will be held from 6 p.m. to 7
p.m., can register at http://www.talkpatransportation.com/
the webcast, PennDOT Secretary and State Transportation Commission Chairman
Barry J. Schoch will provide an update on state transportation issues and
answer questions from registered participants. Questions may be submitted in

12-Year Transportation Program, which serves as a blueprint of prioritized
transportation projects, is updated every two years through a cooperative
effort among the STC, PennDOT and its 23 regional planning partners.
