Surviving a Government Shut Down

PHILADELPHIA - Pennsylvania officials say they're confident the state can weather a partial, temporary shutdown of the federal government. The liberty bell, independence hall and other historical attractions in Philadelphia will close next week unless the budget impasse in Washington is resolved. And federal workers in the state face the prospect of furlough.
