CLEARFIELD Ė Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of April 21, 2014.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jessica Marie Leinemann, age 25, of South White Street, Brookville, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Leinemann is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on March 25, 2014.

On January 29, 2013, Officer David Scott Johnson of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Leinemann with: 1) Access Device Fraud, M1, 4 Counts; 2) Theft By Unlawful Taking, M2, 4 Counts; and 3) Receiving Stolen Property, M2, 4 Counts.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Johnson states that on January 3, 2013, the Sandy Township Police Department received a report of a theft. Upon investigation it was found that Leinemann had stolen the victimís debit card and had unlawfully used the card on four separate occasions. Video surveillance showed Leinemann using the victimís debit card to withdraw money from an ATM located at a business in the Sandy Plaza, Sandy Township. It was found that Leinemann had unlawfully obtained approximately $270.00 from the victimís bank account.

A Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for April 5, 2013, at which time all charges were held for Court. On March 25, 2014, Leinemann failed to appear for Plea and Sentencing Court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
