Priority FCU November Community Spotlight Recipient is the DuBois Area Jaycees.

The DuBois Jaycees is an organization comprised of young working professionals in the local DuBois area. As a group, they host many charitable events, fundraisers, and volunteer in many local activities. Members are between the ages of 18-40, and come from various professional backgrounds. Becoming a member of the Jaycees is a step in the right direction if you’re looking to branch out, meet new people, become a civic leader, find new challenges, develop professional skills, make new connections locally, nationally and internationally, and create positive change in their communities. Each year, the DuBois Jaycees give out $1,500 scholarships to two local High School Seniors, deliver Thanksgiving meals to local families, donate to charitable organizations in our area, and Christmas shop for kids in the local community.

Their meetings take place on the third Tuesday of every month, except December & January. They also hold social hours throughout the year as a way to meet new people and for new people to meet the current membership.

Their biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up on Saturday, November 18th at the Bellamauro. The 39th Annual Reverse Lottery is a fun-filled night of food, fun, prizes, and a chance to win some money! Be sure to visit their website or find them on Facebook or Instagram to learn more about them and this exciting fundraiser.
