DuBois, PA – The Sandy Township Supervisors and the DuBois City Council will conduct their first consolidation meeting on Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. at the DuBois City Building at 16 W. Scribner Ave., DuBois, PA.
The meeting will be open to the public, with people welcome to hear the ongoing process of consolidation and give their ideas.
During the meeting, the two municipalities will take the first steps to appoint a committee to ease the transition. They will also appoint a solicitor for that committee and the co-chair members of the consolidation committee.
