Aviana Gillaugh is a part of Turnabout Boxing where she helps to teach the program “Knockout Parkinson’s Symptoms” at Christ the King Manor every Wednesday. The program is non-contact boxing, warm up stretching, balance and mobility, strength, cardio, agility and so much more. This boxing program satisfies all exercise criteria, is community based, and provides a very social, vigorous, and sustainable source of long term exercise.
This young lady is a Coach and Fighter for Team 814, the founder of Turnabout Boxing and its Parkinson’s/movement impairment disorder program(s), an honor student, and so much more.
