Ty the Quarter Guy” who has been collecting quarters every year since he was 3 or 4, now 16, and donates during Punxsy’s LUACL campaign- this past December he had a donation of over $4500.

Ty started when he was three years old.  Every year since he has raised money. It used to have to be only quarters,  but he realized people could give him any amount. Every year on the last day of the campaign,  Ty reveals his total and it is in all quarters. Also he has never revealed his total the same way twice!
