DUBOIS –The last of three planned power outages is scheduled for today.
Monday, March 13, from 7am to 3pm, the outage will affect the Blinker Parkway, Forest Glenn Lane, South Main Street Extension, Thunderbird Road, and Water Tank Road areas.
Penelec crews will be replacing insulators and enhancing circuit reliability for customers in those areas.
