DUBOIS – Starting Monday, 10/3, a section of Shaffer Avenue in DuBois will be closed for waterline work. City of DuBois officials say the portion of Shaffer Avenue between South Brady Street and Knarr Street will be closed each day from 7am until 3pm. This new waterline construction project is expected to be completed in two weeks.
