Meet Toby! He just came up for adoption!
Toby is a Rat Terrier who was born on December 22, 2022. He was surrendered to the shelter.
Toby has lots and lots of energy. He loves people and playing. Toby is a very sweet and funny boy. Toby would do good with an active family. He would do best in a home with older children 5 and above.
