Local Sports Brings More Than Just Local Athletes Together!
Congratulations to the Brookville Raider Boys Basketball Team, our Sunny Athletes of the Week! The Raiders beat Neshannock in the first round of the PIAA playoffs Friday, 49-34. The team together has given Brookville their first PIAA basketball playoff in over 20 years!
The Raiders were led by Robert Keth with 19 points, Jace Miner had 12 points, and Aaron Park had 10 points with 10 rebounds. The team now advances to the second round Wednesday, where they’ll battle Lincoln Park.
